At Smart Work Live, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, awareness resources, and promotional materials related to skills, learning, and career growth. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to all participants.

1. Digital Products & Online Content

    - All sales of digital courses, downloadable resources, and recorded content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
    - This is because digital products cannot be returned, and immediate access means the product has been delivered in full.

2. Live Webinars & Short-Term Trainings (Up to 4 Weeks)

    - Refund requests allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
    - No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for non-attendance.
    - If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Smart Work Live, you will receive either:
        - A full refund, or
        - Credit towards a future event.

3. Long-Term Trainings (More Than 4 Weeks)

A full refund may be requested if:
    a. The request is made within the first 7 calendar days from the program start date (no requests accepted after this period).
    b. You have attended:
        - No more than 2 sessions if each session is 2 hours or less in duration, OR
        - No more than 1 session if the session duration is more than 3 hours.
    c. A valid cancellation reason is provided in writing.
    d. Submit your refund request to: contact@smartworklive.com before the end of the first week.

4. Technical Issues

    - If you face problems accessing purchased content, email us within 7 days of purchase at contact@smartworklive.com.
    - We will try to resolve the issue.  
    - If unresolved, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email:
    contact@smartworklive.com
Include:
    - Full Name
    - Date of Purchase
    - Order ID / Transaction Details
    - Reason for Refund
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. The amount may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing timelines.

6. No Refunds For

    - Change of mind after purchase (except as per Section 3).
    - Missing a live session without notice.
    - Inability to meet technical/system requirements (details provided before purchase).
